About Us

bVital is a leading brain regeneration and longevity care center based in Park City, Utah, offering root-cause diagnostics, comprehensive, multi-system treatment plans, and first-class care for our patients. We’re redefining what’s possible in proactive brain health—and the patient experience has to match. We are an integrative Center for restorative healing focused on brain regeneration and longevity medicine. Our services include Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), IV therapies, stem cell therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, acupuncture, and other advanced regenerative and frequency healing modalities.

Our patients are proactive, engaged, and invested in their health. Our clinic culture is calm, organized, professional, and deeply patient-centered.

Job Summary: You love clean technique. You love landing IVs with confidence. You love being the calm, capable person in the room when a patient is nervous, dehydrated, or a tough stick. You also love precision—double-checking orders, documenting accurately, keeping supplies stocked, and running your lane like a pro. What you don’t love: cutting corners, rushing unsafe care, or working somewhere that treats patients like a number. If you’re the RN who wants to be hands-on, work with a team that’s mission-driven, and expand your clinical skillset (including Therapeutic Plasma Exchange / apheresis), keep reading. This role is dynamic with real growth potential for the right person.

What Success Looks Like

Patients feel safe, cared for, and confident in our clinic because your presence is steady and professional

IV therapy and blood draws are performed with skill, confidence, and comfort every time

TPE/apheresis procedures are performed carefully and consistently within training, protocols, and provider direction

Charts are accurate, supplies are ready, and the clinical area runs smoothly

This Role Is for You If… You became a nurse because you care deeply about people — not because you wanted assembly-line healthcare. You thrive in non-traditional clinical environments such as:

IV therapy clinics

Functional or integrative medicine practices

Regenerative, longevity, or concierge medicine settings

Boutique outpatient clinics

You are clinically skilled and highly service-oriented. You know that how a patient feels during and after their visit matters just as much as the procedure itself. You enjoy being the calm, confident professional in the room — the one patients trust.

What You’ll Do

Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE)

Perform TPE/apheresis treatments per provider orders, clinic protocols, and training

Prepare patients, explain procedures clearly, and monitor throughout treatment

Recognize and respond appropriately to reactions (e.g., citrate reactions, hypotension)

Set up, operate, and break down apheresis equipment

Maintain sterile technique, safety standards, and accurate documentation

Prior TPE experience is a plus, but strong IV/infusion RNs will be trained.

IV Therapy & Clinical Procedures

Perform peripheral IV starts confidently, including difficult access

Administer clinic IV therapies and injections per protocol

Perform blood draws and specimen processing

Spin/process labs, prepare kits, and coordinate lab shipments

Assist with other clinical procedures and patient flow as needed

Patient Experience & Customer Service (Non-Negotiable)

Create a calm, welcoming, high-trust experience from arrival to discharge

Explain IVs, blood draws, and TPE in a way patients genuinely understand

Anticipate patient needs (comfort, reassurance, education, hydration, warmth)

Maintain a “white-glove” standard of professionalism, empathy, and discretion

Handle concerns or complaints promptly, calmly, and solution-oriented

Protect the patient experience through preparedness, punctuality, and organization

Represent the clinic with warmth, confidence, and emotional intelligence at all times

Clinic Operations & Team Support

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment

Document thoroughly and accurately in the EHR

Collaborate closely with providers, clinical staff, and front desk

Support smooth daily clinic operations and patient flow

Who Thrives in This Role This role is ideal for an RN who:

Loves high-touch, relationship-based care

Is excellent at both technical skills and communication

Reads the room quickly and adapts their approach

Enjoys educating and reassuring patients

Takes pride in doing things the right way, every time

Requirements

Required

Active RN license in good standing

Strong IV placement and phlebotomy skills

Demonstrated excellence in customer service in a patient-facing role

Ability to explain procedures clearly, calmly, and confidently

Strong conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills

Comfort working in outpatient, clinic-based, or non-hospital settings

Proficiency with EMRs and detailed documentation

Professional, warm, patient-forward communication style

BLS certification

Strong Preferences (Not Required, but Big Green Flags)

Experience in:

IV therapy clinics or infusion centers

Functional or integrative medicine practices

Concierge or boutique medical clinics

Dialysis or apheresis settings

Familiarity with longevity, wellness, or regenerative medicine

Certifications such as:

CRNI (Infusion Nursing)

VA-BC (Vascular Access)

QIA (Apheresis)

ACLS (strong plus)

Why This Role Is Different

No inpatient chaos

No assembly-line nursing

Real patient relationships

Advanced, high-skill procedures

Supportive, mission-driven team

Opportunity to grow in TPE and restorative medicine
