The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Executive who will actively establish new contacts and grow existing relationships. This is a proactive, revenue-focused position for someone energized by opening doors, building trust, and expanding partnerships.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you will build and own a portfolio of partner relationships while helping to find temporary homes for families displaced due to damage or other emergency.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify, research, and initiate contact with new target prospects
- Source temporary homes through online research and relationship development
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, text and email to qualify homes
- Maintain clean and accurate records in our systems
- Negotiate short-term leases with property owners and landlords
- Move quickly, communicate often efficiently, and take ownership of results
- Nurture relationships by establishing trust, confidence and delivering stellar results
- Drive account growth through thoughtful follow-ups and relationship development
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in relationship-driven sales or account growth, who is comfortable owning revenue outcomes.
Required experience and capabilities:
- Proven experience building and nurturing client relationships within a sales or revenue-focused organization
- Prior experience in the temporary housing, leasing, relocation, or adjacent industries
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Comfort representing a company externally with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing follow-ups and commitments
