Senior Intelligence Operations Planner

This position requires deployment to Kuwait

Minimum required qualifications:

• Education – Bachelor's Degree AND eight years of direct relevant

• Experience – at least eight years military experience in Military Intelligence, Strategic Intelligence, Special Operations, Area Intelligence, or Multi INTs within DoD or equivalent Government agencies or equivalent specialty codes such as MOS 35M--Human Intelligence Collector (HUMINT Collector), 18F Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant, 180A SF WO, USMC – 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist; 0231 Intelligence Specialist, U.S. Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N771 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N471B or 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst, 7S091 – Special Investigator (SI) PLUS

• Clearance – TS/SCI PLUS

Special skills or qualifications (all required):

• Multiple deployments to different AORs

• Superb communication skills

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level or higher

• Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development

• Expert knowledge in the following areas: SWA regional issues, political analysis

In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualification and/or experience that are NOT required:

• Education – Master's Degree or 12 years of experience

• 12 to 16 years of operations planning experience

• School of Advance Military Studies (SAMS) graduate

• Experience mentoring junior and Mid-Level Intelligence Analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments

• Experience working with DoD Special Operations intelligence

More About the Role:

Develop, coordinate, and direct CI support operations and missions to identify CI leads, Insider threats, and Green on Blue threats. Assist in all components of CI and HUMINT operations. Forecast, recognize, and anticipate issues. Resolve conflict among multiple priorities and implement effective solutions to maintain timelines for deliverables. Expertise in assigned intelligence discipline and demonstrated ability to work effectively with civilian team members and partner forces. Perform FP/CI Screening of Iraqi Security Forces (ISF)/LN/TCN personnel and upload results into the TCOP. Provide analysis to support CI investigations and Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) as directed. Provide support to Operation Security (OPSEC)/TARP awareness programs to base personnel as directed. Develop recording mechanisms for Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and lessons learned in the conduct of operations.
