At Kurtz Bros. Inc., “WE MAKE THE GOOD EARTH BETTER.” Family owned and operated for over 75 years, we pride ourselves in WASTE TO REUSE and keeping our environment GREEN. We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Kurtz Family of Businesses, where you’re not just an employee—you’re truly a valued member of our family.

Seasonal employees are eligible for some benefits, 401k and employee discounts! (*waiting period applies). We offer flexible schedules and strive to create a fun and enjoyable workplace!
For each season an employee returns, they are eligible for:
  • Paid Time Off
