Make an impact As the Sales Director You will be responsible for driving individual sales efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and managing the entire sales cycle for Swisslog's advanced automation. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets. What you need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on automation, supply chain, or logistics solutions. Proven success in closing complex, high-value sales deals. Strong understanding of warehouse automation, robotics, or supply chain processes. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required.
