The SAP Business Analyst works within the Enterprise Service IT Department to develop and deliver IT solutions that are used across multiple platforms and countries. This critical role provides consulting, conception and implementation services to achieve business process outcomes within our SAP landscape that deliver important continuous support and improvement for our internal customers. This position focuses on support for the SAP Logistics team, SAP MM/PP/WM, ensuring efficient processes within operations and logistics. ** Candidates must have experience with SAP MM/PP/WM modules.
Make an impact
  • Responsibility for the design, implementation, and support of SAP MM/PP/WM/QM and Ariba solutions, including incident and change management
  • Support Logistics shipping and processing using Process Weaver tool
  • Gather requirements, evaluate processes, and document them within projects in close coordination with procurement, production, warehouse and related departments
  • IT sub-project management and effort estimation for global implementation or rollout projects
  • Contribute to the development of the new KUKA SAP platform strategy towards SAP S/4 HANA
  • Support incident resolution, documentation, training, consultation in the area of MM/PP
  • Take ownership to fulfill promised service levels as defined/agreed in service level KPIs.
  • Interact with key business users and first line support analysts
  • Responsible for SAP security roles for effected areas
  • Support additional procurement-related and production-related tools
  • Assist with master data topics including material master interface with Windchill PLM interface and vendor maintenance
  • Conduct user training and coaching key users
  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of external consultants

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor/Master degree with focus on business informatics or comparable
  • 5 + years functional experience in SAP/ARIBA, with rollout experience (>2 lifecycles), ideally as a consultant at a leading company
  • Excellent knowledge in configuration, development, and customization in SAP MM/PP/WM/QM and SAP Ariba
  • Proven understanding of integration with FICO, SD and SM modules
  • Good knowledge of related modules
  • Team player with a strong customer service and solution orientation
  • High level of initiative, analytical thinking, and strong presentation and communication skills
  • Interest in IT topics such as security, compliance, and system availability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (an appreciation of German is also a plus)

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
