This role ensures efficient workflows, appropriate staffing, strong customer service, and positive patient experience. Responsibilities include supporting daily front office operations, managing workflows and staffing coverage, coordinating schedules and call-ins, and maintaining Kronos timekeeping and approvals. The supervisor oversees work queues, reporting, and operational processes, assists patients with billing inquiries and payment processes, and partners with leadership on staffing, engagement, and performance.
