Job description

The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the lead HR technology subject matter expert responsible for the strategy, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's HR systems, with primary ownership of UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Kronos). This role partners closely with HR leadership, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to develop scalable HR technology solutions, workforce analytics, and process improvements that support organizational goals.
Essential Job Duties The following duties are considered essential job functions, meaning they are fundamental to the position and performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Develop and maintain the HRIS roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Establish HR data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Lead HR technology optimization initiatives and recommend long-term system improvements.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to HR leadership on HR systems strategy and workforce technology capabilities.
  • Act as the functional lead for UKG Pro and Kronos Workforce Management.
  • Oversee configuration strategy, security structures, workflows, and organizational hierarchies.
  • Evaluate and implement new modules, enhancements, and system capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional HR technology projects and implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual HR and payroll processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system enhancement efforts.
  • Create sustainable processes that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, payroll, privacy, and reporting requirements.
  • Lead enterprise-wide HR data audits and remediation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all locations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.
  • HR Subject Matter Expert demonstrated through HR certification.
  • Other duties and projects assigned to meet CFP's Mission and Purpose.

Qualification and Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of HRIS experience.
  • 5+ years of advanced UKG Pro and Kronos administration experience.
  • Experience leading HRIS projects and system implementations.
  • Strong reporting, analytics, and dashboard development experience.
  • Experience developing HR data governance frameworks.
  • Manufacturing or multi-site workforce experience preferred. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Work effectively in a team.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
