Principal Accountabilities
  • Engaging with Cargills workforce to support, solve & prevent Admin PC issues. (Including hardware, software, drivers, submitting tickets, etc)
  • Manage Printers, Krono clocks, Cameras, Electronic Access Control Systems, Wireless Access Points, and help with Network switches as needed
  • Develop preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment associated with Admin equipment throughout the facility, including the management of parts inventory and corrective actions
  • Manage safety culture through training and observations

Required Qualifications
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
  • 2 years work experience with computing & networking
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
  • 5 years work experience with computing & networking AND 2 year degree/certification or better in IT or a related field
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
