Job description

This is a 100% onsite position. Overtime / weekend overtime may be required around end of year to first of the year. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation and processing of regular payroll cycles. * Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, garnishments, and benefit deductions. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, taxes, and payroll procedures. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. * Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policy and retention requirements. * Support internal and external payroll audits as needed Required Qualifications: * Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree to be considered for full-time opportunities. * 3 years of payroll experience. * Basic knowledge of payroll processes, wage and hour laws, and payroll taxes. * Proficiency with payroll systems (Workday and Kronos is a plus), Microsoft Suites, Proficient with Excel. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Requires strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional, and grammatically sound corporate-level English content for audiences at all levels, including stakeholders.
