Documentation Specialist (Contract)
LOCATION
Phoenix, AZ - Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Pay:$24-$26hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: 10-12 weeks
ROLE IMPACT
Support the Human Resources team by maintaining accurate employee documentation and ensuring compliance with onboarding, personnel records, and employment processes. Success in this role is defined by strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to efficiently manage high-volume documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and audit I-9 documentation and background check records for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain employee personnel files, including terminated employee records and status changes.
Scan, organize, and review HR documents for completeness and accuracy.
Update and maintain employee records within the HRIS system.
Assist with EEOC claim documentation, contract file management, and notary-related tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of experience in document management, HR administration, or a documentation specialist role.
Experience reviewing confidential employee records with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency using HRIS systems; UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) experience preferred.
