Pay Rate: $85/hr

We are seeking a Qualification Testing Lead to support our Air Revitalization Systems product line in Glendale, AZ. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all qualification testing required to validate system performance, demonstrate compliance, and deliver hardware ready for mission use.


This role involves close coordination with mechanical, electrical, chemical, and systems engineering teams, test laboratories, and scientists developing cutting‐edge air revitalization technologies.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead qualification testing activities for the product line, from planning through execution and reporting
• Define qualification test strategies, plans, procedures, and success criteria
• Coordinate all test logistics, including scheduling, hardware readiness, resource planning, and test site preparation
• Identify, develop, and oversee any required Specialized Test Equipment (STE)
• Ensure all qualification testing complies with customer specifications, MIL‐STDs, and applicable industry standards
• Partner with systems, design, and test engineering teams to ensure test coverage and traceability
• Support risk assessments, readiness reviews, anomaly resolution, and corrective action planning
• Manage test documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, and review packages
• Communicate progress, risks, issues, and results to engineering leadership and customers
• Maintain adherence to Honeywell processes, configuration control, and engineering rigor
