Kronos has a long history of avionics engineering working with some of the largest aircraft integrators in the world. This role is responsible for tracking, managing, and facilitating the completion of technical action items—primarily those associated with engineering change orders (ECOs). The work itself is non‐technical, but the tasks being monitored are technical in nature. Success requires strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of team members whose priorities may compete.


Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in coordination, project support, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ECO processes and product data management (PDM) tools is preferred.
• Experience applying judgment to plan, prioritize, and execute a wide range of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
