Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA. This position supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store standards. The Assistant Store Manager helps lead the sales team, provides coaching and feedback, and ensures a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and team members. The role involves assisting with scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
