  9. Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Engineer (Local Staff) to support Waste Water Treatment (WWT) construction activities for the Indiana FAB Project. This position is a project-based role hired to meet specific project requirements and will be responsible for supporting construction planning, coordination, and on-site execution activities in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Support construction planning and management activities related to WWT facilities.

Assist with daily site coordination, including scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.

Perform office-based construction support (documentation, reporting, coordination).

Prepare and manage project documents using standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).

Assist with reviewing construction drawings and models (basic BIM / AutoCAD support).

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Support compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Provide bilingual communication support (English/Korean) as required for site coordination and reporting.

  1. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction-related roles.

Basic English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Basic knowledge of construction planning and management.

Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Basic capability in BIM and/or AutoCAD.
