We are seeking a highly qualified Bilingual Accountant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The accountant will support the company's accounting operations and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The accountant will also participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Month-End Close: Execute and oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing and posting adjusting journal entries.
  • Reconciliation & Analysis: Reconcile complex bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts, while identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly and annual financial statements and performance reports.
  • Head Office Reporting: Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for the Korean headquarters.
  • Cash Management: Monitor daily cash balances, prepare cash flow forecasts, and coordinate domestic and international wire transfers.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and assist external auditors by providing required schedules and documentation.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and track expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously analyze current accounting operations to streamline workflows, improve data automation, and enhance internal controls.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, purchasing, logistics, and HR to ensure accurate financial reporting and support day-to-day accounting operations.
