Client Service Representative – English & Korean | Sales & Debt Relief Support | Remote

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a bilingual Client Service Representative (English & Korean) to support prospective clients exploring debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions.

This is a client-facing role combining inbound sales, lead follow-up, and customer service. You'll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest, understand their needs, explain available options, and guide them through the next steps.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently in both English and Korean, builds trust quickly, and handles sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Inbound Sales & Lead Follow-Up
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
  • Explain debt settlement and consolidation programs clearly
  • Understand client needs and guide them through qualification
  • Follow up consistently with leads from marketing channels
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls when required
  • Move qualified prospects toward the appropriate next step
Client Service & Relationship Management
  • Build trust with prospective and existing clients
  • Handle sensitive financial conversations professionally
  • Address questions and concerns with empathy and confidence
  • Maintain responsive communication throughout the client journey
  • Balance sales goals with a strong customer experience
CRM & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
  • Document calls, conversations, follow-ups, and next steps
  • Keep pipeline information current and organized
  • Follow internal documentation and compliance processes
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching
  • Stay informed on company services and relevant industry requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience
Requirements
  • Fluent or native-level English and Korean, written and spoken
  • Experience in sales, customer service, client support, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive financial matters professionally
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
  • Experience in:

  • Experience serving U.S. or Canadian customers
