This Opportunity
We are currently building next generation data centers and looking for a Construction Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to support our construction field operations and data center projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are sourced efficiently, inventory is accurately tracked, and operational costs remain aligned with project budgets.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level accounting or business professional who is eager to grow within operational finance, procurement, and construction cost management. This person will love numbers and shaping them to make something beautiful within a massive telecommunication hub and construction site. This person will have a balance of focused design time and active "boots-on-the-ground" site visits and will enjoy that no two weeks will look exactly the same.

What You'll Do
  • Research and compare pricing for construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with approved vendors
  • Process and manage purchase orders for construction materials
  • Coordinate and manage equipment rental agreements and contracts
  • Track material orders to ensure timely delivery to field operations and project sites
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting
  • Support cost tracking and budget alignment for active construction projects
  • Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records within accounting systems
  • Assist with vendor communication and documentation management
  • Collaborate with field teams, project managers, and accounting to ensure operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Review invoices and ensure proper documentation for Accounting approval.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, procurement, inventory management, or operations support
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas preferred)
