Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Decision Support Planner with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

We are seeking an experienced Decision Support Planner (Advanced) with a strong background in Information Operations (IO) and critical technology areas to support joint, combined, and interagency- informed military campaigning. In this role, you will serve as a core advisor and strategist, integrating intelligence, your understanding of technology development and Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) into all phases of strategic and planning and operational orchestration
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Integration:
  • Lead the planning, synchronization, and integration of Information Operations-including Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Operations, Operations Security (OPSEC) and others-into OSW, services and CCMD planning.

Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE):
  • Provide estimates of the information environment and target audiences in assigned regions to create asymmetric operational options.

Joint Planning:
  • Apply operational art and design in the application of the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to develop comprehensive options.

Data Synthesis:
  • Work closely with intelligence planners, cognitive analysts, network analysts, and the interagency elements to break down and synthesize complex intelligence data into decision- advantage products.

Basic Qualifications:
Clearance:
  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance, with SAP eligibility.

Experience:
  • 8 to 12+ years of relevant experience supporting the Department of War (DoW), Interagency, or Intelligence Community (IC) at the strategic or operational level.

Domain Expertise:
  • Extensive, proven hands-on experience planning, integrating, and coordinating, Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), and/or Cyber planning.
