The Director of Sales & Marketing at OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa is the key driver of strategy and execution for all sales and marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and optimizing profitability across all market segments. This role is responsible for enhancing the hotel's positioning and brand communications, ensuring consistency and clarity in how the property is represented to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include directing sales efforts, leading and coordinating development of marketing plans and collaborating with Corporate Brand and Marketing teams. This position also partners with Area Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to align strategies and achieve rate, occupancy, and revenue goals.

This is role is part of the Hotel's Executive Committee and is based in Kailua-Kona. Person should be hands on and able to inspire the team, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional business results.
