Job Description: As a Komori Offset Press Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our printing operations, ensuring the efficient and precise operation of our Komori press. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the press to produce top-notch printed materials according to job specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the Komori press according to job specifications, including loading paper, adjusting ink levels, and configuring settings.
  • Operate the press during production runs, monitoring for quality and making adjustments as needed to maintain print consistency and color accuracy.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on the press, such as cleaning rollers, lubricating components, and replacing worn parts, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, such as paper jams or printing defects, and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
