Gordon Ramsay Burger Boston, a premium casual restaurant, isinspired by the Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. This two-story location, complete with roof-top views of the city,sits parallel tothe Boston Public Marketwhere guests come for the Hell's Kitchen Burger, and stay for the Sticky Toffee Shake, Hellfire Chicken Wings and Kettle Chip Nachos.

The Restaurant Manager must have:

  • The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager premium casual, high-volume quality restaurant
  • A solid understanding of business acumen as well as an ability to innovate and create ways to generate revenue
  • A passion for service to ensure delivery of the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times
  • A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team
  • A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the operation
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written - to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels

Key Accountabilities:

  • Being a key leader of the operation, effectively managing the team driving revenue and upholding the R.A.M.S.A.Y standard
  • Leading, inspiring and motivating the team to achieve loyalty and retention
  • Responsible for the overall flow of the restaurants day-to-day operation and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants standards
  • Ensuring the supply chain and stock control is effectively managed and controlled in keeping with the concept and in line with Gordon Ramsay Restaurant standards
  • Maintain current menu knowledge
  • Effective management of areas of responsibility as assigned by the General Manager
  • Efficiently navigate and resolve guest and staff concerns
  • Completion of all tasks as assigned by the General Manager
