Job Title: Operations Manager

FLSA: Exempt

About the Role:

The Operations Manager in a manufacturing environment is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of production and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires strategic planning and execution to meet production targets while controlling costs and maintaining high standards of workplace safety. The Operations Manager will lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. They will collaborate cross-functionally to align operational activities with business goals and customer requirements. Ultimately, the role drives operational excellence that supports sustainable growth and competitive advantage in the manufacturing sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and improving employee performance.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
