About the Role:
Azar International Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director / People Operations Manager to join our team in Kingston, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the people strategy of a growing organization, driving culture, talent, and operational excellence from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement people operations strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage compensation, benefits administration, and performance management programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and DEI efforts
  • Partner with senior leadership to support organizational development and workforce planning
  • Maintain and improve HRIS systems, HR policies, and employee handbooks
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or director-level role
