A growing residential roofing company is hiring an Operations Manager to run its production department. This is a key leadership role owning daily operations, supporting field teams, and driving projects cleanly from sale to installation. If you build disciplined, process-driven operations and lead people well, this is a chance to own a production operation and scale it.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Install Coordinators, Project Managers, and the overall production operation
• Build a disciplined, process-driven production department that consistently delivers a five-star customer experience
• Improve accountability and develop systems that drive revenue production and protect gross profit
• Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
• Identify operational issues before they become customer problems and make decisions quickly
• Manage workflows and scheduling to keep jobs moving on time and on budget
• Scale the production operation efficiently while maintaining quality and profitability

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Operations leadership experience in roofing, home services, construction, or a related industry
• Proven track record leading teams and improving operational performance
• Experience running production on ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, JobNimbus, or a similar platform, with the ability to learn systems quickly
