Branch Operations Manager to our team-an integral role that sits at the center of our branch's success. As a Branch Operations Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and effectively, while supporting our sales team and enhancing overall operational excellence.
This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring a smooth, organized, and high-performing office environment
- Manage correspondence, communications, and document preparation, maintaining accuracy and professionalism across all materials
- Coordinate meetings and DSF training sessions, including scheduling, agendas, presentations, and follow-through actions
- Act as a central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and the Sales leadership team to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Identify and escalate operational issues, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with leadership to optimize operational processes and support overall business objectives
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 5 years of business operations experience, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and support high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent judgment and proactive decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels
- Willingness and ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 license within the first year

Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.
