The Senior Consultant - Knowledge Management (KM), PMO role is responsible for overseeing project management operations that support TTO's Intela knowledge management platform and related content initiatives. Work you'll do 

As Tax Transformation Office - Knowledge Management PMO Senior Consultant, you will work across multiple tax market offerings collaborating with Business Leaders and professionals across our Service Lines and the team within TTO. Specifically, in this role, you will work closely with the TTO team to track and report project progress and related activities to include:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of complex, multi-stakeholder content projects across tax service offerings, aligning priorities, dependencies, and timelines with US and India (USI) teams. 
  • Drive stakeholder communication across the Intela platform, translating content and platform needs into actionable requirements, priorities, and deployment plans. 
  • Develop and maintain executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports that communicate project health, risks, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership. 
  • Coordinate with US and USI team leaders to manage project intake, work management, issue escalation, and capacity planning while keeping stakeholders informed of status and timelines. 
  • Build and sustain cross-functional relationships to keep project documentation, policies, and deliverables current, accurate, and consistently applied. 
  • Proactively identify issues, remove blockers, and support content operations, including posting and updating HTML pages on the Intela platform as needed.

The TTO team focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver comprehensive, value-added, and efficient tax services to our clients. The TTO Strategic Technology Services team is responsible for the enablement of standard technology to support Tax service delivery and developing technology to facilitate these services. TTO is focused on expanding Deloitte Tax capacity to deliver efficient, value-added Tax services to clients. 

Qualifications 

Required:

  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, knowledge management, content operations, or a related professional services environment.
  • Proven experience managing project work through the full lifecycle while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop polished presentations and track project data accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines, and support timely completion of milestones.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • One of the following active accreditations obtained:
    • Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
    • If not CPA eligible:
      • Licensed Attorney
      • Enrolled Agent
      • CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional

      • ITIL Certification
      • Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)

Preferred:

  • Advanced written, verbal, analytical, and communications skills
  • Experience supporting knowledge management, content operations, or project coordination initiatives.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other applicable certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 to $157,200.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
