Work you'll do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation on the Moveworks team, you will be responsible for leading AI-powered employee experience engagements across implementation, expansion, and optimization efforts for Fortune 500 clients.

  • Lead multiple Moveworks engagements across implementation, use case expansion, and platform optimization, including scope, budget, resource, timeline, and risk management
  • Manage and develop consultants and senior consultants through day-to-day coaching, feedback, and performance oversight
  • Serve as a primary project-level client contact for stakeholders across Human Resources, Information Technology, and Information Security
  • Lead workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder reviews to define user journeys, sprint priorities, and configuration decisions for knowledge management, conversational flows, enterprise search, and agentic AI capabilities
  • Oversee integration planning and solution delivery for Moveworks with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise systems that support employee service workflows
