Our solutions automate key processes - from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows - empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.


We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Account Executive, Install Base with responsibility for identifying and closing cross sales opportunities within the existing client base. position requires someone with a demonstrated history of success generating revenue along with strong communication skills. This position will report to a Sales Director, Install Base. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue-based commitments.
  • Own demand generation responsibility within an assigned territory.
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to secure and manage resources necessary to drive opportunities to closure.
  • Coordinate client outreach with Client Success Management and Marketing Team.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue to sales leadership.
  • Effectively uncover client challenges and needs through a consultative approach to discovery.
  • Uncover and help "coach" clients through the buying process up to and including contract execution.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business development and/or relationship management role, ideally in a commercial banking environment
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com or proven capacity to quickly master CRM platforms
  • Proven success generating revenue that achieves or exceeds commitments
  • Exceptional time management abilities
  • Ability to distill loosely defined problems, identify potential approaches and execute solutions
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of urgency
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
