Job Summary

The Sales Representative- Commercial Knife Sharpening will spearhead the growth and expansion of ZWILLING’s professional knife sharpening services within the food service & hospitality sectors. This dynamic role combines business strategy, relationship building, and service delivery to drive success in a key area of our business. As a key player in our growth initiatives, you will establish strong partnerships with chefs, restaurateurs, kitchen professionals, and food service contacts, ensuring their knives—and their trust—remain sharp.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality & food service industries, focusing on professional knife sharpening services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service establishments to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Custom Solutions: Develop tailored knife sharpening programs that address the unique needs of each client while aligning with ZWILLING’s standards of excellence.
  • Cross Selling: Identify additional categories or sales opportunities to broaden the scope of products and/or services sold.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, account management, and innovative solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with sharpening specialists and regional service managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends and challenges in the food service sector, leveraging this knowledge to refine and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or culinary position within the food service, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Passion for premium kitchen tools, culinary excellence, and superior craftsmanship.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
