Job description

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Moncks Corner, SC is looking to hire a full-time Installer to assemble, install, and customize a variety of heavy-duty work truck bodies. This position works Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
No experience needed - We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and dependable!

What you'll be doing:
  • Assemble and install equipment such as: service bodies, platforms, van packages, hoists, electrical components and circuits, shelving and drawer systems, ladder racks, and other mechanical items
  • Read work instructions and installation directions
  • Gather materials and properly assemble equipment
  • Test performance before delivering units to a final audit

Experience you'll need:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
