What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is soaring at high speeds with global expansion within our partner relationship team and looking for a Partner Relationship Manager - Strategic Technology Partnerships tobuild out a network of partners to support our go-to-market strategy. This is a build role. Contentstack has 90+ technology partners today, but the function has historically been tactical - anchored in basic integrations and mutual-customer co-marketing. With the launch of AXP and Agent OS, we have a once-in-a-decade window to build a deep, monetized, AI-leaning technology partner ecosystem that compounds our customer value and defends our category leadership.
This is a quota-carrying partner management role where you will architect and lead the strategic technology alliance motion globally. You will own who we partner with, how we monetize those partnerships, and how we operationalize a repeatable co-sell engine. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership. If you're looking for an opportunity to join an innovative, fun, and fast-paced team where your contributions will have a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!
Here's What You'll Be Doing:
  • You will have 360-degree ownership, driving partner relationships in your territory from ensuring a seamless onboarding, increasing the market awareness with our marketing team, building a pipeline to conquer the market, and so much more
  • Define and prioritize the categories that matter most to AXP - foundation models, AI orchestration, data and CDP, vector/search, commerce, hyperscalers - and build a named target list of 15-25 partners with clear hypothesis-driven business cases for each.
  • You will develop joint plans with partners and monitor and track progress against agreed metrics
  • You will identify the opportunity to build joint solutions with partners and take ownership of taking these to market
  • You will be the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert on technology partners in support of our go-to-market and sales activity. You are the SME/lead for Strategic Technology partnerships within Contentstack's Global Sales Organization
  • You adapt to a diverse work environment and work closely with internal cross-functional departments such as partners, sales, product, operations, and marketing gurus to optimize existing partner sales processes, partner relationships, and customer success stories
  • Provide guidance and strategic advice to our partners, clients, and account teams around partner growth strategies to deliver best-in-class joint solutions
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with the technology partners
  • Recruiting net new strategic partnerships to support developing product roadmaps (such as data partners, AI-native partnerships, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices, and ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to managing partners with global reach
  • Manage all of the administrative activities related to the partnerships in your region
  • Create and execute against a sound go-to-market strategy for your region
  • You track your performance through goals through OKRs, KPI's, and quotas

What really gets us excited about you:
  • You have 5-8 years in technology partnerships, alliance management, business development, or ecosystem strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and financial metrics
  • Demonstrated track record of personally partnering with foundation model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and AI infrastructure companies.- especially in AI, data, cloud, or composable/DXP categories.
  • You are a born networker and are well-connected at all levels
  • You are communicative, looking for growth, and can generate a pipeline
  • Your way of working is independent and results-oriented, and you also like to initiate change and think strategically within cross-functional teams
  • As a real team player, you thrive on building strong collaboration with cross-business teams; you like to keep a lot of balls in the air
  • You have a strong and positive presence and are a master in communication
  • Hold responsibility for partner and Contentstack mutual success
  • Some travel may be required
  • You value a positive, fun, collaborative culture!

Salary for this role ranges between $120,000 - $140,000 plus variables based on skillset and experience
What Do We Offer?
Interesting Work | We hire curious trendspotters and brave trendsetters. This is NOT your boring, routine, cushy, rest-and-vest corporate job. This is the "challenge yourself" role where you learn something new every day, never stop growing, and have fun while you're doing it.
Tribe Vibe | We are more than colleagues, we are a tribe. We have a strict "no a**hole policy" and enforce it diligently. This means we spend time together - with spontaneous office happy hours, organized outings, and community volunteer opportunities. We are a diverse and distributed team, but we like to stay connected.
Bragging Rights | We are dreamers and dream makers. Our efforts pay off and we work with the most prestigious brands, from big-name retailers to airlines, to professional sports teams. Your contribution will make an impact with many of the most recognizable names in almost every industry including AirFrance KLM, ASICS, Burberry, Mattel, Mitsubishi, Walmart, and many more!
One Team One Dream | This is one of our values, and it shows. We don't believe in artificial hierarchies. If you're part of the tribe, you have an opportunity to contribute. Your voice will be heard and you will also receive regular updates about the business and its performance. Which, btw, is through the roof, so it's a great time to be joining...
