Compensation:

  • Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions

Responsibilities

About the Role

This is an inside sales position. You'll spend your days quoting auto, home, and life insurance policies, managing inbound and outbound prospect calls, and building relationships with clients in the greater Denver area. The role requires consistent outreach, pipeline management, and meeting monthly production goals.

Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-directed work style with a consistent focus on hitting goals
  • Willingness to obtain Colorado P&C and/or Life & Health insurance license (support provided)
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and client confidentiality

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management
  • Existing Colorado insurance license
