Klarity Health Consultation and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to join our outpatient team in Irvine, California. This is a full-time position focused on delivering comprehensive care through remote counseling services. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, thoughtfully considering the interplay between patients' psychological and physical health conditions.
• Create and execute integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring that patient care is coordinated and comprehensive.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques that are tailored to the unique circumstances of each patient.
• Work collaboratively with medical providers, maintaining an open line of communication to ensure cohesive treatment approaches and optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating skilled judgment and care under pressure.
• Educate patients on the connection between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them to take charge of their health management.
• Maintain precise and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate actively in weekly team meetings, interdisciplinary case conferences, and integrated care planning sessions to further enhance patient outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and best practices in integrated care, ensuring that our service delivery remains at the cutting edge.

Our patient population includes individuals of all ages who are dealing with a range of mental health conditions, particularly those with co-occurring medical issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Klarity Health, you will be instrumental in bridging mental health and medical care, thus improving treatment adherence and patient outcomes. Your work will have a direct impact on helping clients navigate their mental health challenges in tandem with their overall health conditions, fostering a truly holistic approach to wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• Proven experience in counseling individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, demonstrating an understanding of integrated care practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and upholding ethical guidelines in all interactions.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and other relevant computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.

Ideal candidates will have a background in telehealth counseling, including familiarity with virtual therapy platforms, as well as psychological assessments tailored to a telehealth setting. Experience in crisis intervention and a strong understanding of how to promote resilience within diverse populations will also be advantageous in this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the role includes a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
