You will work in a remote setting while also attending occasional meetings at our outpatient office located in San Jose, California.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
  • Evidence of expertise in addressing the mental health needs of clients who have concurrent medical conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
