Focusing on improving and maintaining gastrointestinal health, each patients care is managed by our impressive team of nationally recognized physicians who are all leaders in the field of gastroenterology.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service
  • Check patients in and out
  • Update demographics
  • Make appointments
  • Take payments
  • Verify Insurance
  • Set up each patient with Phreesia tablet
  • Assist walk in patients
  • Utilize our patient engagement software, Klara, to engage with patients via text
  • Knowledge of ModMed program a plus
  • Must maintain strict compliance with all HIPPA regulations and company policies regarding the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI)

Minimal qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Willingness to learn and grow with organization
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume practice
