Offering massage and facial treatments featuring locally curated as well as world renowned Phytomer products. State of the art fitness equipment, wellness studio, sauna, and outdoor hot tub offering views of Oregon’s largest haystack rock, Chief Kiwanda Rock, provide the perfect complement to the Headlands Lodge experience.

A day in the life...

A Esthetician who is excited to deliver an extraordinary coastal experience to each Headlands guest. As a member of our spa and wellness team, you live and share your passion for healing arts and holistic wellness. You will leverage your expertise in multiple modalities and work in partnership with your teammates to ensure each guest feels well cared for and the peaceful rejuvenating atmosphere in the spa is always fostered.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of facials, body treatments, waxing of face and body
  • Provide and be the expert in the Tidepools 60- and 90-minute treatment offerings.
  • Licensed Massage Therapist is a plus
  • Maintain knowledge of our treatment menu offerings, descriptions, and treatment staff modalities, back of house operations including treatment room set up and standards. Work as a team to ensure the Tidepools guest experience meets the brand promise;
  • Function as the primary contact for guests arriving and departing spa wellness area, engage and assist each providing exceptional, warm, personalized, and knowledgeable service.
  • Ensure the room is set up properly prior to each treatment.
Requirements:

  • Preferred Skills and Experience: Specific training and certifications in massage therapy, specialty treatments, and body treatments as necessary.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology is preferred.
  • Strong background in the fitness/spa services industry preferred.
  • Licensed by the local authorities for massage therapy.
