Join the Kittle Property Group Team as an Assistant Property Manager at Dville Village and Riverview Apartments!
**Position:** Assistant Manager - Apartments (PBS8 and Tax Credit)
**Hourly Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour, plus Full Benefits Package and potential for a Quarterly Bonus

**Role Overview:**
As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting on-site operations at our apartment community. This role requires someone who embodies excellence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, community commitment, and accountability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process new applications and re-certifications, ensuring compliance
- Show apartments to prospective residents and handle lease negotiations and renewals
- Assist in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff
- Participate in marketing and leasing activities
- Manage rent collection, bank deposits, and delinquent rents
- Support resident relations and enforce community rules
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills and the ability to interpret graphs
- Beginner experience with MS Office
**Training & Development:**
- Annual training in fair housing, section 42, and leasing
