Tarantino currently manages over $2 Billion in real estate assets.



BridgeWater Assisted Living Community is currently seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker / Dishwasher to maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the kitchen including all china, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment. Also, to provide excellent service to residents and guests during their dining experience. This position reports to the Director of Dining Services.



Essential Functions:

  • Maintain sanitary conditions of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Tarantino Properties Corporation standards.
  • Assist with clean-up work in the Food Service Department, kitchen and dining room.
  • Ensures proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing.
  • Uses equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
  • Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken.
  • Reports any equipment irregularities to supervisor.
  • Ensures beverage orders are delivered.
  • Takes food order, presents to kitchen staff and delivers meal to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensures resident guest satisfaction.
  • Assists in bussing and resetting tables.
  • Assists in room services as needed.
  • Completes all side work as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
  • Experience in a Senior Living Community highly preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
