Job description

Oakmont Country Club is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to support our chefs and service staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed.

  • Store clean dishes and kitchenware in their proper designated areas.

  • Clean dish stations and kitchen areas after each meal service.

  • Collect and dispose of trash from kitchen workspaces.

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and areas as assigned by the Leadership Team.

  • Ensure a continuous supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.

  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation at all times.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
