Title of Position – Kitchen Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who brings a smile and positive energy to work every day as an active working chef! The right candidate for this job will also have a strong background in high-volume, full-service kitchens. Duties will include, but not be limited to recruiting, training, mentoring, and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. Must drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L.
