What it Takes to be a Part of the Team


The Kitchen Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the management team with all back-of-house operations. This position is responsible for maintaining kitchen excellence by ensuring food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Assisting with the supervision and scheduling of kitchen staff
  • Enforcing all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines
  • Supporting the management team in controlling food cost, waste, labor, and overall kitchen efficiency
  • Monitoring cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and organized work environment
  • Helping train, develop, and motivate kitchen team members
  • Ensuring every dish meets Anthony's standards for taste, quality, and presentation
  • Maintaining speed and accuracy during high-volume service periods to deliver an exceptional guest experience



Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the back-of-house team through high-volume shifts; energize the crew, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth kitchen operations in collaboration with management
  • Oversee all aspects of food execution, including quality, consistency, food safety, and cost control
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle team conflicts with professionalism and fairness
  • Maintain flexibility and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Prior experience as Kitchen Manager, BOH manager, kitchen supervisor, shift lead, crew lead is highly desirable.
