Job description

As the Back of House Manager at Chick-fil-A South Hickory, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality food production through precision and accuracy. You will be responsible for observing and implementing rigorous quality- assurance and food-safety procedures. This position is Full-time and offers a dynamic environment where your leadership and facilities management skills will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Manage Kitchen operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and monitor food safety and cleanliness guidelines.

  • Help to maintain a positive culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a casual dining restaurant, with a track record in leadership and facilities management.
  • Previous roles such as manager, supervisor, crew lead, assistant manager, or kitchen manager are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and a cheerful positive attitude.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for serving and helping others.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
