Are you a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced kitchens, leads by example, and takes pride in building high-performing teams? Weโ€™re looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to help lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional food and hospitality every single day.

As second-in-command in the kitchen, youโ€™ll work directly alongside the Executive Chef to maintain quality, consistency, organization, and team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage pressure, motivate a team, and keep a busy kitchen running smoothly.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Assist in the preparation and development of food and drink menus
  • Ensure all dishes are executed with exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Help lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
  • Step in for the Executive Chef when needed to direct kitchen operations
  • Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Create schedules and evaluate team performance
  • Manage inventory and place supply orders as needed
  • Quickly resolve issues and maintain smooth kitchen operations during service
  • Enforce sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused culture
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Ability to multitask and delegate effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality, food quality, and team development
  • Familiarity with restaurant systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Culinary degree or related certification is great, but not required
  • Current Food Handler Card or Manager Certificate
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is always a plus!
