Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: Pay: Starting at $23/hr during training and evaluation period. Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance and leadership ability
Hours: Morning/afternoon shift 
We're looking for a reliable Kitchen Lead to help keep our kitchen running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example, staying organized, and helping maintain a clean, efficient kitchen. You'll work alongside the team while helping ensure standards are being followed and daily operations stay on track.
Responsibilities:
• Support and guide the kitchen team during service
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
• Ensure prep and daily tasks are completed
• Assist with scheduling and labor management when needed
• Help train and support new team members
• Communicate any operational issues to ownership
