AtWork Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join a growing healthcare facility in the Tyler, TX area.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, overseeing food production, preparation, and service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
Duties
  • Supervise daily operations in the food service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage food production processes, including cooking, preparation, and presentation of meals.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Train and mentor staff in food handling techniques, customer service, and kitchen management practices.
  • Coordinate shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences.
