Responsibilities for Kitchen Staff jobs include but are not limited to:

· Maintain workstation keeping a fast pace in a high volume environment while washing crockery, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc.

· Prepare a variety of hot and cold sections of the kitchen service line, as well as prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment

· Assist in tracking inventory control for the dining room supplies and provide assistance in the setup and breakdown of the dining room and kitchen.
