We are partnering with a highly respected, family-friendly BBQ concept in Southington, CT, to find a Kitchen Manager who leads from the front. This is a brand built on serving the community, preparing fresh food from scratch, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. They need a leader for the heart of the house, someone who understands that protecting the guest experience starts with what happens on the line.

What You Will Do

As the Kitchen Manager, you will set the pace for the shift and take full ownership of back-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:
