We’re on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager who’s equal parts culinary expert, team motivator, and cool-under-pressure problem solver. You’ll lead the kitchen like a symphony conductor—ensuring every dish hits the right note and your crew stays inspired, empowered, and on point.
What You’ll Do
- Run the back-of-house with precision and positivity
- Hire, train, and develop rockstar kitchen talent
- Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards
- Lead inventory, food costs, and kitchen efficiency like a pro
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain consistent quality and killer guest experiences
- Keep equipment humming and maintenance in check
- Foster a culture of passion, pride, and high performance
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen
- Strong leadership chops—you know how to inspire and hold a team together
- Deep understanding of food safety (ServSafe certified = bonus points)
- Mad organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to keep your cool and your station clean when the heat is on
- Culinary degree or equivalent street-smarts preferred

Pay Range
$55,000–$65,000/year + monthly bonuses. Because hard work and high standards deserve recognition.
