We're looking for an experienced kitchen manager to provide outstanding leadership for this fun & exciting bar/casual dining concept. The Fox and Hound has a lively bar and entertainment atmosphere with an outstanding menu that our guests won’t soon forget!

Fox & Hound is known for amazing drinks, the best draft beer selection in town, a kitchen that serves its community all day and well into the night. We have an incredibly fun atmosphere with TV's and games such as billiards, shuffleboard, beer pong and darts too! Our unique concept takes a special person to manage it and our people, given all the different aspects of our business. We pride ourselves on the ability to be family friendly from open through dinner and transition into that late night spot for those 21 years of age or older where the fun memories are made!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts which include on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, 100% interaction with the Guests', ensuring that the Guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance.
  • Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.
  • Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and specification standards.
  • Act as support system for all areas of the restaurant.
  • Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant.
  • Maintain spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times.
  • Ensure highest quality levels of products and hospitality.
  • Lead and live by PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Energy).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year restaurant management experience, 3 preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate hospitality on all levels.
  • Solid working knowledge beer and spirits.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
