Job Summary
Chef Tim Love is looking for a few energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Managers.   In this role, you will be the driving force behind smooth daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong leadership skills, and has hands-on experience in food service management. You’ll play a key role in supervising staff, managing restaurant functions, and fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols to uphold quality standards.
  • Manage inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and implementing strategies to improve overall restaurant performance.
  • Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, quality checks, and timely service during busy hours.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles within upscale and fine dining environments.
